Being
an educator is not an easy task, we mist motivate our students and guide them
in a right way. You need to give attention to those students who needs your
help.
As a teacher you must have along patience especially to
those students who are hardheaded. Sometimes they cannot pay attention to their
teacher. Although it is hard, tired but you need to enjoy. There was a
situation that you and your students are exchanging opinions and ideas. The
students will learn from you and you as a teacher can learn from your students
as well.
In terms of giving punishment to your students
you need to be fair. Patience is very important if you are a teacher. You need
to reinforce the bad behavior of your students because a teacher is a second parent
of their students.
