Classroom Management as the administration or direction of activities with special references to such problems as discipline, democratic techniques use and care of supplies and reference materials, the physical, features of the classroom and the social relationship of pupils. The teacher in the classroom is an actual manager because the class cannot function well without the teacher. The success of all activities in the classroom depends on the teacher ability on how they manage the class.
Classroom management includes operation and control of activities a well-mange class is conductive to mental growth and development. Learning becomes interesting and enjoyable. He/she can teach effectively only when conditions around him are good. Pleasant surrounding makes good thoughts and inspires both teacher and pupils to do their best. The teacher and his pupils together can plan how to make their room attractive. Some rooms are better looking than others because of the fine taste of the teachers and pupils.
